At Delish Fetish, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-branded apparel. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (custom-branded and made-to-order), we only accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong size, style, or design different from what was ordered)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, or damage not caused by us

  • Returns requested beyond the 7-day window

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at info@thedelishworld.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”

  2. Include clear photos of the item (and packaging if applicable) and a description of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions if approved

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Store Credit Terms

  • Issued in the form of a digital gift card

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used on any future purchase

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
