1. Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL).

Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (U.S. only, before tax and after discounts). This will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues or service disruptions

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, high demand)

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@thedelishworld.com with your order number. We'll assist you in filing a claim or issuing a replacement (as applicable).

6. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the product or shipping cost.

Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Email info@thedelishworld.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
